Description: Logan is tall, with black hair and green eyes. He has the look of someone who has worked for a living his entire life, and his skin is very sun tanned.

Personality: He is very serious, and prides himself in being conposed at all times. He doesn't allow himself to relax in the company of others, and is always about business. He has something of a witty personality, and can sometimes be heard returning someone's joke with a few words of his own, but all in all, he is much too serious!

History: Logan grew up in the Craft Hall of Fort Weyr, where he was taken to metal smithing and glass crafting from a very young age. When he was ten, he was apprenticed to a Master Glass Crafter, and taken away from Fort to travel the Northern Continent. The first year he was travelling, he met Tris, then only five years old, who was at Ruatha. Logan's master took the boy in, as he was a distant relative, and the Hold was worried his parents didn't have enough time for a small child. Logan felt it was his job to watch out for Tris, so he spent most of his time playing with the little boy and teaching him things that boys should know, and acting as his parent.

When Logan was eleven, he met Chime. A blind girl with a will to explore, which he hadn't ever seen before, and she joined himself and Tris shortly after their meeting, because she wanted to Travel as well.

When Logan reached Journeyman Glass Crafter status, he took off with Chime to Tour the Southern Continent, promising Tris that he would send for him once he had settled in at Arolos, who was asking about Crafters.

Description: Gadget is a mangy looking gray with only three legs and orange eyes.

Personality: Gadget is sweet, and adventurous, a little shy around poeple she doesn't know, but all in all a perfectly good cat. She adores Logan, and would have been dead in Fort Weyr had he not taken her in as an injured kitten and nursed and fed her.
